ServiceNow Developer

M?ller's Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules to help streamline our IT service management processes. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiencies.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms and data sources.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure efficient system operation.
• Document development processes, application designs, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve implementations.

Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration tools like REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• ServiceNow Developer Certification or related certifications.
• Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
