Service Dispatcher (Mega Center)

Fun Town RV was founded in 2010 and has grown substantially over the last ten years. We currently have 14 locations and have plans to add several more in the next few years.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the dealer management system to document the location of all units.

• Coordinate the transfer of units in and out of the shop.
• Receive customer units and ensure proper check in documentation.
• Organize the lot as designated by management.
• Perform hands-on assistance as needed.
• May require working on weekends and occasionally working outside, as needed.

• Documentation & computer system skills, data entry skills, communication skills, listening skills, energy level, multi-tasking, Dependability and reporting skills.

Two years of fleet management, material logistics or high-volume inventory dispatcher influence.

• High school diploma.
• Intermediate computer skills.

• Willingness to work weekends and work outside when required.

• Good driving record
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
