1. Manage the E2E delivery of the assigned account(s)
2. Overall 18-20 years experience in IT with atleast 6 years experience in managing the delivery, operations, resourcing and financials of accounts with a minimum size of USD 5-10Mn annual revenue (80-100 FTEs)
3. Experience in managing teams from multiple geographies and technologies
4. Experience in managing clients and accounts from North America market
5. Experience in Account level resource, revenue and margin forecasting
6. Experience in margin optimization
7. Good people management skills to energize, upskill and retain talent.
