The Magnolia Team specializes in due diligence real estate inspections for high-net-worth clientsincluding artists, professional athletes, and executives. We are looking for a proactive, personable, and strategic Director of Service to challenge our sales team, strengthen our field presence, and build strong relationships in the real estate community. We welcome a creative approach to motivating teams and stakeholders that boosts performance and elevates a rewarding team dynamic.

Role Overview

With the ability to make a direct impact on company mission, you will help drive business growth by acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partnersfostering operational excellence while personally cultivating realtor and broker relationships that drive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who likes fast decision-making, clear responsibilities, and a dynamic schedule .

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the Team With Support and Direction

  • Prioritize work, set clear expectations, and help your team hit their goals
  • Provide your team with the resources and clarity they need to succeed
  • Remove roadblocks and resolve issues quicklythen move on to the next challenge

Own Business Development in the Field

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with brokers, agents, and realtors
  • Show up where the opportunities are: inspections, offices, networking events
  • Implement structured outreach strategies to drive referral-based growth
  • Represent the Magnolia brand with confidence and clarity

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

  • Monitor team performance and ensure inspections are done efficiently and accurately
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies, and work with leadership to fix them quickly
  • Handle day-to-day issues without letting them become long-term problems

Coach and Support the Team

  • Help team members set priorities and focus on what matters most
  • Offer guidance and mentoring in sales conversations and service delivery
  • Keep energy high by recognizing success and keeping momentum strong

Collaborate Without Over-Complicating

  • Partner with leadership on strategic growth plansno red tape, just results
  • Give input on systems and tools that will make work smoother and smarter

What You Bring

  • Experience in operations and sales , ideally in home services, real estate, or construction

Requirements

5 years management experience

10 years sales experience
