What You'll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our technicians are where they need to be and that our clients are well taken care of.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive timely support.
  • Schedule Management: Create, adjust, and manage schedules for a team of technicians to maximize efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Prioritize Workloads: Assess incoming requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and technicians, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Monitor Progress: Track the status of ongoing service requests, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
