We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance online visibility, drive targeted and organic traffic, and support the growth of digital presence. The role involves planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies while working closely with content, digital marketing, and web development teams to optimize all aspects of online content.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

• Conduct detailed keyword research to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Create and implement SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings.
• Analyze competitors' SEO tactics and recommend actionable improvements.

On-Page and Off-Page SEO Optimization:

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles according to SEO best practices.
• Develop and manage link-building strategies and execute backlink acquisition campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, header structures, alt attributes, and internal linking.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on website analytics and SEO initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies using traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings.
• Utilize insights from data to refine and enhance SEO efforts.

Content Optimization:

• Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Identify content improvement opportunities based on SEO performance data.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and optimized.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:

• Stay informed about SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.
• Adjust strategies in response to evolving search engine algorithms and industry changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO or a similar role.
• Proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Deep understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience in link-building campaigns and content optimization is a strong plus.
