Senior Trial Attorney

Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an experienced Senior-Level Attorney to defend a broad range of matters including General Liability, Liability (auto law, premises liability, products liability, construction), Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Liability (civil rights, employment, D&O), Healthcare (medical malpractice, disciplinary actions), and related cases in the firm?s Erie, PA office. The successful candidate should have at least eight (8) years of litigation experience, ideally including trial experience. Said candidate should also be comfortable managing cases independently and independently, but also have a desire to assume work in a pivotal role within team-work based setting with others in the firm.office. Candidates with strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm.
