Senior Tax Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at Advanced Sterilization Solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepare US and Canada tax compliance packages and related information packages;

Prepare Canada monthly compliance package for PST/GST/HST filing;

Assist with legal entity forecasting and cash tax reporting;

Assist with the preparation of the global tax provision (ASC 740);

Assist with property tax and other indirect tax compliance, as needed;

Prepare reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts;

Develop and implement process and technology improvements;

Actively pursue continuous improvement through the deployment of Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools;

Performs other duties assigned as needed;

This role will be a member of APSs Global Tax Team. Effective collaboration within this team and the broader finance organization will be critical;

This role will interact with outside consultants, Fortive Tax, auditors and others

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master?s in Tax or Accounting preferred)

3+ years of experience in a corporate tax department and/or a public accounting firm

Excellent communication skills and teamwork

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Curious learner with continuous improvement mindset;

Strong sense of ownership and accountability;

Ability to work optimally across multiple cultural and geographic boundaries;

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience running and designing Alteryx workflows (advanced Alteryx users preferred)

Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
