Key Responsibilities:

Query and Mine Data Resources: Query and mine data resources to answer ad hoc business questions

Information Analysis: Receive, gather, analyze and organize information from multiple sources

Information Assurance: Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies

Run Sponsor Meetings: Develop agendas and work stakeholders for Sponsor meetings

Metrics and Data: Respond to metrics and data calls

Translating Business Objectives: Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics, and data science projects

Maintaining Physical Files: Establish and maintain physical files

Information Requests: Coordinate requests for additional information as needed

Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant information

Status Updates: Provide accurate and timely status updates

Work Environment:

Location: On-site

Travel Requirements: Minimal

Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Data Analysis: Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisions

Capturing Data: Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefings

Programmatic Activities: Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processes

Meeting Organization: Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.

Manage Complex Projects: Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities

Adaptable: Ability to work under tight deadlines

Microsoft Office Suite: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired:

PowerBI/Tableau: Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau
