Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex system infrastructures to support our business operations. • Design and implement system architectures that meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of system infrastructures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and applications effectively.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Lead system upgrades and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, networks, and database management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
