Job Purpose:

We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, engineering, and implementation of advanced telephony solutions. The focus of this role is to provide expert-level technical and operational support for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) platform. This includes meeting enhanced call routing needs and agent/supervisor functionality.

This position also includes responsibility for supporting related platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) . The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, assist with training, and lead knowledge transfer efforts for internal Telephony Services staff.

Requirements

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Cisco UCCX solutions tailored to advanced call routing and contact center needs.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for UCCX, CUCM, and CUC platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to document service design packages and operational procedures.
• Provide technical mentorship, training sessions, and hands-on knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services team.
• Support process and service design to ensure system scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize complex issues within Cisco communication environments.

• Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
• Cisco Unity Connection (CUC): Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
