Senior System Administrator

Maverc Technologies is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability for our clients. As a Senior System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to lead system administration efforts, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our IT services.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior System Engineer at CyberPoint, you will work to manage system requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems are compatible with the defined system architectures. You will assist with the development of System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications and Interface Control Documents. The Senior System Engineer will participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on the evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations. You will also be responsible for mentoring other team members and for leading small teams to accomplish objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI with FSpolygraph
• BS in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• IAT I certification
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating systems software.
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
