One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in the USA .
This role is perfect for a technically adept professional who thrives at the intersection of product knowledge, client engagement, and strategic problem-solving. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the pre-sales process, helping prospective clients understand the value and functionality of tailored tech solutions. You'll lead product demos, craft integration strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Your ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and your understanding of private capital will directly impact deal closure, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role offers significant cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to influence product evolution based on market feedback.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Address complex customer challenges with tailored integration and solution designs
- Lead the technical response to RFPs, InfoSec questionnaires, and formal proposal documents
- Drive the design and execution of proofs-of-concept and prototype integrations
- Act as the internal advocate for customer security and privacy concerns
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features based on market needs
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across both client and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years in a technical role (e.g. support, services, solutions engineering)
- Familiarity with the private capital industry and its technical demands
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles, including SOWs and RFI/RFP processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas to varied audiences
- Knowledge of data privacy, system integrations, and security standards (SSO, IDP)
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in parallel
