Senior Software Engineer - UI Software Engineer

Our client, a leader in the open-source AI industry, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - UI Software Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering team supporting the Red Hat OpenShift AI initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range:

Competitive salary with a bonus package of 20%

What's the Job?

Contribute to the architecture, design, development, and testing of new UI features and solutions for RHOAI.

Innovate in the MLOps domain by participating in upstream communities.

Ensure non-functional requirements including security, resiliency, and maintainability are met.

Write unit and integration tests and work with quality engineers to ensure product quality.

Collaborate with product management, user experience design, documentation, and other engineering teams to analyze and clarify business requirements.

What's Needed?

Experience developing applications in React, Typescript, and JavaScript or other frontend languages.

Experience with modern CSS frameworks and best practices.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or React Testing Library.

Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js and Python.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
