One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer Identity in the United States .

This role is ideal for an experienced backend engineer eager to help scale critical systems that enable global onboarding, identity verification, and account management. You'll join a fast-paced engineering team building the foundation for a high-volume, secure trading platform. With millions of users and billions in assets managed, this role offers a unique opportunity to design and develop highly reliable services that power real-world financial systems. You'll contribute to both technical architecture and implementation, helping create a seamless, automated user identity experience worldwide.

Accountabilities:

• Design and build backend services for identity verification, onboarding, and account management at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define system architecture, implement core services, and enhance platform reliability.
• Lead engineering efforts around risk management, security, and automation for identity-related processes.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality codebases, and ensure robust testing coverage.
• Debug production issues, assist with on-call rotations, and proactively propose performance and stability improvements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and share best practices with the broader engineering team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in backend languages, especially Go, with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience with domain-driven and event-driven design principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with messaging queues, broker systems, and integrating external services.
• Bonus if you've worked in fintech, KYC/identity verification, or startup environments.
