This role requires the candidate to reside in the United States. Team members are expected to work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area at least 75% of the time

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, or Rust.
Experience drafting or contributing to open EIPs or governance protocol research.
Work closely with our engineers, product manager, and Co-Founders to ensure smooth protocol integration.
Lead code reviews, audits, and performance optimizations.
Experience acting as a mentor to junior developers, leading a team and/or contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Rust and/or Solidity, with experience in smart contract development.

Experience with public Ethereum or other EVM-based blockchains.

Prior experience leading a team

Experience working with cross-chain messaging protocols and/or bridge integrations.
