Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8+ years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time Requirements A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required. At least 8 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to Service Cloud. Possession of Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL. Extensive practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center, is essential. Experience with Experience Cloud and AgentForce is considered advantageous. Proven expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, such as REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools. Demonstrated capability to design and deploy complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
