For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager , remotely from United States .

In this role, you will manage and optimize the systems supporting revenue operations, including CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other critical technologies. Your work will directly impact sales, marketing, and customer success teams by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and providing data-driven insights. You will play a key role in aligning the organization's revenue operations to support sustainable growth while enabling cross-functional teams to work cohesively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background and a passion for operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Analyze trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and support senior management in decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and work to improve processes for maximum productivity.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems and other tools used in revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and maintain clear communication throughout the organization.
  • Create and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.
  • Proven success in optimizing revenue processes and working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in an individual contributor role while working across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
