We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Mumbai office. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing data and analytics projects across the NA & EMEA regions. This position requires strong project management skills, and the capability to manage client relationships effectively. This role will report to the Director of Project Delivery (NA & EMEA) and will require short term travel to client offices as required.

What you'll do?

Manage the delivery of multiple small, mid-size and large projects that enable clientsto derive value for their business.

Manage the entire project lifecycle independently from proposal to closure.

Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Represent the organization in Steering Committee meetings, providing project updates and strategic insights.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams on Pre-Sales activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive business growth by identifying new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering the projects.

Prepare and present regular project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

You'll do it using?

Proven experience (minimum 6-8 years) in project management within the software consulting or IT services industry, with a focus on data and analytics projects.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.

Experience in managing client relationships and a track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Experience working in a consulting environment with exposure to global clients in North America and Europe geographies, understanding regional business practices and client expectations.

Proficiency in project management tools and software

You'll need a ?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. (required)

Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 certification or equivalent. (will be preferred)

Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies. (will be preferred)

Valid US/UK visa. (will be preferred)
