Job Description


Expertise and Functions

  • Manage a large geographically dispersed workforce
  • Perform program governance
  • Execute multiple project integration management
  • Manage resources across multiple projects
  • Manage stakeholder communication
  • Ensure responsiveness and negotiate submitted proposals with the Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (CO/COTR)
  • Ensure that projects are fully controlled, that goals and objectives are set, program responsibility is assigned, and results are documented
  • Maintain a general knowledge of all technical and management areas of the contract
  • Interface with Government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, and assign, schedule and review work
  • Disseminate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
  • Support Director, Leadership team and/or Management team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related field required
  • Master's Degree specializing in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Information Technology from an accredited program preferred
  • PMP Certification, or minimum 2 years managing large IDIQ (300+ FTEs) in lieu of PMP Certification preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years of Program Management or associated experience with Government or Industry

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
