THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Responsibilities:

• Write and develop policy.

• Conduct intensive research.

• Technical writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years' experience in international affairs and/or national security policy. Ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving in a uniformed member of the armed forces or a US Government employee is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

• Must be knowledgeable of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process.

• Experience writing and developing policy, capable of intensive research that results in technical writing, knowledge of security assistance policies and laws that govern export controls and technology transfer is required.

• Active Secret clearance is required.
