Senior Product Manager

Infotel India Consulting (part of Infotel Group) is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the product strategy and lead the vision for developing advanced IT systems and applications. You will be responsible for guiding product development from ideation through to market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs while driving a team of Product Managers.

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that fosters growth and customer engagement
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish product vision, gather requirements, and manage effective product roadmaps
• Mentor and support junior Product Managers while driving product development initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT landscape
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to refine product features and prioritize enhancements
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and implement improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop effective product messaging and launch strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate product updates and direction effectively

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management within the technology sector, with a focus on leading product teams
• Deep knowledge of product management methodologies and frameworks, particularly agile practices
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and customer insights
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor teams and influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints
• Familiarity with product management tools and software, as well as understanding of UX/UI principles
