Senior Product Manager

Companies use Vouched to verify identity while onboarding and authenticating users. We make identity verification easy with a combination of machine learning and data checks. Our customers leverage our APIs, integrations, and no-code solution to onboard customers to their systems.

As Senior Product Manager you are responsible for driving the development and execution of the company's product strategy for both our developer and end-user experiences. Vouched is focused on driving growth while working towards profitability and you would be a hands-on contributor to this mission. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical and business acumen, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. You are curious, customer-centric, and passionate about delivering experiences that delight developers and end-users. Vouched operates in a collaborative environment and you must work effectively with both customer facing and technical colleagues. This candidate who will excel in this role is someone who is organized, detail-oriented and an extremely strong communicator.

• Own the product roadmap for your portion of the product, informed by analysis of customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
• Drive the execution of all stages of the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements, roadmap development, and product launch
• Define product requirements and build project plans to ensure they're met
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure Vouched is solving for the needs of the market, and collect regular feedback to inform product decisions
• Drive messaging for all relevant product releases
• Own the prioritization and triaging of regressions/bugs in existing capabilities
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in product management
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adjust your message to your audience
• Experience writing queries for analysis, building dashboards, defining KPIs for tests, and measuring product performance
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup required
• Successful track record of delivering complex technical products

• Product experience in Identity Verification and/or SaaS products preferred
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and / or Amplitude
• Product design experience

This is a remote role - however, you must be based in the US (US work authorization required)
