We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2C mobile app products. The ideal candidate will bring a solid technical foundation, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering user-centric experiences in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a key role in shaping the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver impactful features and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for a consumer-facing mobile application.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to build intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements with defined timelines, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to executionensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Leverage user behavior insights and app metrics to optimize features, improve engagement , and drive retention.
• Ensure technical implementation by managing SQL-based analytics and utilizing MarTech tools to enhance product performance.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to align product capabilities with go-to-market strategies and user acquisition plans.

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2C mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech, BE, or equivalent) is mandatory .
• Strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, analytics instrumentation, and MarTech platforms .
• Demonstrated expertise in product management fundamentals , including feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and roadmap development.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping successful consumer products with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in FinTech or InsurTech domains.
• Familiarity with mobile app development , optimization strategies, and best practices for driving app engagement and growth.
