We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated product manager to join our team as a

Senior Product Line Manager . In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of our SmartZone and AP software product line , including defining product parameters, crafting roadmaps, establishing market positioning, and advancing our state-of-the-art network controller/management platform.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Develop the roadmap for SmartZone and AP software product line.

Evaluate customer expectations and specific requirements across various verticals to inform roadmap.

Manage the product lifecycle for our software and hardware platforms.

Collaborate closely with a world-class engineering team to bring our ambitious technological vision to life.

Identify and prioritize customer use cases and requirements, expanding our product reach into new markets.

Establish a strong partnership with the engineering team, effectively representing the voice of the customer.

Engage with customers and sales teams to communicate and showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for differentiation. Use insights to guide product direction.

Required Qualifications:

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management with a network controller/management platform and Wi-Fi.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of campus networking architectures, including wired and wireless technologies, network segmentation), and traffic management.

In-depth knowledge of service provider deployment architectures.

Experience with hardware platforms is desirable.

Proficiency in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones.

Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles and apply best practices.

Experience with various product management tools and software, including JIRA.

Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration on large projects involving multiple engineering teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and dedication to making meaningful contributions.

Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and skill enhancement.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00- 176,200.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company?s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
