What does a great Technical Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Technical Product Manager, Check and ACH Positive Pay at Fiserv in the Digital Payment Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for leading the strategic execution and operational support of various products related to Check and ACH Positive Pay solutions. Your role is crucial in supporting payment processing, fraud detection, and fraud prevention for numerous commercial customers at major financial institutions across the U.S. You will work on delivering value to clients, attracting new clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable, and scalable Positive Pay solutions. Collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams is key to driving differentiation and success in a competitive market.

What you will do:

Develop and execute delivery plans for a defined product roadmap, in line with a target product strategy

Partner closely with Development, ensuring delivered product aligns to business requirements and objectives

Collaborate with clients and client-facing teams to support adoption and roll-out of product

Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Drive innovation and business growth in a shared services environment

What You Will Need To Have:

5+ years of experience in Commercial or Treasury Banking in Product Management, agile Product Owner, Solutions Lead and Architect roles.

Experience in Cash Management products/services in a financial institution or software company

Strong Product Management or Development/Delivery background with a focus on developing new and enhancing existing products

Understanding of customer needs and market trends in the banking and financial services industry

Ability to work in a complex business environment and drive cultural transformation

Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth

Bachelor's degree required; technology focus preferred

What Would Be Great To Have:

Technical acumen in different technology ecosystems (mainframe, distributed, cloud)

Experience modernizing legacy technology systems and platforms

Focus on client needs and ability to drive results in a global technology organization

Leadership skills including client focus, market insight, and change leadership

Strong inter-personal problem solving, prioritization skills with ability to work with medium to large size teams

Salary Range

$110,700.00 - $189,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
