Senior Product Designer - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Product Designer - Crypto - this is a hybrid role in New York or London.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with exceptional expertise in crafting end-to-end product designs. This role is integral to our product development, requiring a visionary who places users at the core of their design philosophy. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a deep understanding of UX flows, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, user-centered designs.

• Lead the design process for key product features from concept to implementation, focusing on user-first principles.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces.
• Own the production and iteration of high-quality designs, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
• Develop prototypes to test and validate design concepts, ensuring alignment with user empathy and usability principles.
• Optimize onboarding processes and account abstraction flows, reducing friction points for new users.
• Apply a developer-first mindset to create user experiences that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present design solutions and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

Proven experience designing user-centric products from concept to delivery

Expertise in UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a strong understanding of user empathy and flow optimization

Experience in technical or Web3 product design, with a focus on developer and user onboarding processes

Ability to work in person (hybrid) in either London or New York

Familiarity with account abstraction, blockchain ecosystems, or a technical background is a plus.
