Senior Process Engineer

A very reputable client of ours is seeking a mid to senior level Process Engineer to join their team on a direct hire basis.

This role will have responsibility over two value streams and be the go-to engineer when it comes to anything process related for the equipment on the line and how it's running. Candidates must be hands on!

Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: St Louis Park, MN

Salary:

90-125k, depends on experience

Key Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and optimize equipment necessary to produce smart glass.

Work alongside maintenance technicians to troubleshoot faulted equipment.

Work cross functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production to address quality issues.

Suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and reduce changeover time.

Work with vendors to validate new technologies and specify next generation equipment.

Requirements

4 Year Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Chemical etc.)

3-5 Years of Engineering Experience (Manufacturing setting preferred)

PLC and electrical experience is a plus

Laser background is also a plus

3+ Years experience in any of the Glass, Smart window, flat panel display, semiconductor, or

R&D experience

Pilot production experience

Quality Management Software (QMS) experience

Cleanroom Experience
