Job Description
Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Miami office. This on-site role is ideal for a skilled professional who can support attorneys in complex litigation and transactional matters from inception through trial.
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must have the following:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience (business litigation, intellectual property, or complex commercial matters preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate?s degree required
- Experience in federal and state litigation
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, calendaring deadlines, and electronic filings
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, PACER, and legal research tools
- Experience with Teams, Zoom, and presentation software
Litigation Skills:
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing pleadings
- Organizing voluminous case files and managing discovery
- Trial preparation, including creating evidence binders and managing exhibits
- Bate stamping and document review
Preferred Additional Experience:
- USPTO and TTAB filings
- Contract review and summary
- Legal research and memo drafting
- Transactional support
- Due diligence and background investigations
- E-discovery and coordination with opposing counsel

Please note: This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in South Florida to be considered.
