Job Title: Senior Oracle DBA Location: Dimondale, MI Duration: 1+ Year Rate: $Open Requirements Skills: SQL/XML, creating, implementing and maintaining databases, requirements gathering, product/platform migration, setup, implementation, troubleshooting, regular maintenance, Windows server management, Holistic server management, Income tax knowledge preferred, Automating manual processes - From Access to Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, Cisco Tidal Enterprise Scheduler preferred

• Backup responsibility for Suspicious Filer Project
• Support the future implementation and conversion to new database technologies.
• Expert on database performance tuning: - identifying and solving minor and major bugs, and issues on a twenty-four by seven basis; providing ongoing productions support regarding creating database objects.
• Work with developers and others to support their ability to use the data to further the interests of the agencies.
• Data cleanup, conversions, running scripts, synchronizing versions, database upgrades and providing expertise in Structure Query Language (SQL), extensible markup language (XML), and Procedure Language/ Structure Query Language (PL/SQL) coding to other agency Information Technology (IT) staff.
