Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of complex software applications
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills
- Analyze requirements and establish technical specifications
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify system requirements
- Write clean, scalable, and reliable code according to industry standards
- Implement automated testing and code reviews to ensure code quality
- Research and adopt new technologies to enhance existing applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer, with a solid portfolio of completed projects
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- Experience with architectural and design patterns, including MVC and RESTful services
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus
