Senior Navy Enterprise Network Analyst

Position Overview:

First Division Consulting is seeking a Senior Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to support NEN programming, invoicing, and ordering processes for a Department of the Navy (DoN) contract in Dahlgren, VA . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing NEN financial and operational activities , including invoicing with NAVSEA, CLIN offerings, and network enterprise tracking .

This role requires in-depth knowledge of NEN processes , proficiency with the Network Enterprise Tool (NET) , and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align network operations with NAVSEA requirements .

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support NEN programming , ensuring seamless financial and operational execution .
• Oversee NEN invoicing with NAVSEA and ensure accurate processing of CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) offerings .
• Utilize the Network Enterprise Tool (NET) to track, manage, and optimize network enterprise activities .
• Ensure compliance with NEN ordering processes , aligning with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with NAVSEA stakeholders and internal teams to ensure NEN operations align with organizational and mission objectives .
• Analyze network financial data and reporting , providing insights for process improvements and efficiency .

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in NEN programming, invoicing with NAVSEA, CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering .
• Strong understanding of NEN processes , including financial and operational workflows .
• Proficiency in using the Network Enterprise Tool (NET) for tracking and managing enterprise network activities .
• Active Secret Clearance is required, with eligibility for a Top-Secret (TS) clearance .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within DoD or NAVSEA network operations .
• Knowledge of government contracting, financial reporting, and enterprise IT infrastructure .
• Familiarity with DoD network security policies and compliance standards .
