The OpportunityWe're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Manager of Production Planning with extensive experience in replenishable soft line goods, ideally in intimates or apparel. This role requires deep expertise in managing production planning and inventory management for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our lean, agile inventory and supply chain processes support our ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and has advanced skills in demand planning, troubleshooting complex production challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive results.
