This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, deepening relationships with our audience, and creating real value for our customers both online and in person. • Strong understanding of community programs, social media strategy, content development, and engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working directly with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Public speaking experience, both virtual and in-person, with a focus on engaging diverse audiences and representing the brand.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with creativity, energy, and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience with community platforms, social scheduling tools, and CRM or marketing automation systems.
  • Passion for serving both small business and enterprise customers, preferably in the home services, construction, or AEC space.
