Job Description Title: Senior Lead Engineer (Hybrid)Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Primary Responsibilities:

Skills/Qualifications:

This position requires 7 to 10 years of Systems Engineering experience with exposure to avionics products, system design, Tools and processes.Experience and familiarity with ARINC 429 and AFDX protocols is Mandatory.Knowledge and understanding of various signal flows, in an end to end integrated modular avionics architecture development within a system-of-systems environment is preferred.

Aircraft Flight Display Applications / Flight Management System / Flight Control Systems experience

Experience in application of SAE ARP 4754 for Systems Engineering aspects.Knowledge of DO178, DO254, DO160 standards.

Perform Requirements Management in DOORS and Jama

Experience and understanding of typical pilot flying scenarios is an added advantage.Familiarity with the Agile/SAFe Process is preferred.

Strong written, verbal communication with engineers and management across the globe.

Ability to work in a virtual team environment.

INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage

Typical Education & Experience:

BE / BTech / ME / MTech Electronics and Communication / Avionics / Aeronautical Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
