Role: Senior Core Java Developer

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and ensure their performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to optimize application performance.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize existing applications for scalability and reliability.

Additionally, you will work closely with junior developers to mentor and guide them through technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Java application development.
• Deep understanding of Java development principles and best practices.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with agile methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
