Senior IT Architect

The company Serviceflex Solutions India Pvt Ltd is looking for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Senior IT Architect.

Qualification Level:

Education:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, NITs, or global equivalents).

Additional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or TOGAF Certified.

Experience:

15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, Senior IT Architect, or IT Director).

Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving technology innovation within large enterprises.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, including designing and implementing scalable IT infrastructure.

Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with extensive experience in cloud migration, deployment, and management.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with experience in implementing robust security measures across enterprise systems.

Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enhancing business processes.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire large IT teams across multiple geographic locations.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business growth.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in change management and driving digital transformation initiatives within large organizations.

Additional Requirements:

Experience working in a global environment with a diverse team.

Availability for relocation to Russian Federation or willingness to travel frequently to the headquarters.

Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian or another foreign language is an advantage.

A proven track record of delivering high-impact IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
