Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Tech Lead

Aretum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects, designing solutions, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT systems for our esteemed clients.

Your expertise will contribute to the architectural design and deployment of a robust infrastructure that meets the high standards of performance and security. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our infrastructure components support our clients' strategic initiatives.

• To manage the hosting infrastructure, configure and manage modern IaaS/PaaS.
• Must have a full understanding of the technical approach, including DevSecOps approach, to be used by the team.
• Responsible for ensuring the team follows the technical approach.
• Ensuring that the technical approach is robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Manages the technical debt and provides strategic input to their government partners about shared services at OHS.
• Should have a background as a DevOps engineer, software engineer, or equivalent

Requirements

• Understanding of CI/CD and DEVSECOPS
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and automation frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and database management.
• Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
