Job Description

Graza is looking for a talented graphic designer and illustrator to deliver best-in-class creative for a variety of brand channels. This designer will collaborate closely with the brand / marketing team and report to Graza's Director of Brand Marketing. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza's Brooklyn office 3-4 days / week.

What you'll do:

Create compelling designs and illustrations for all of Graza's digital and print channels, including: Social media, email, packaging, print collateral, retail displays, paid advertising, OOH, merch, and beyond
Continue to build Graza's core illustration library
Collaborate with Graza team and agency partners to execute on all design requests, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Creatively push boundaries while evolving Graza's brand identity

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

Has 5+ years of professional experience as a designer and illustrator
Has proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and extensive packaging design experience
Has some experience with motion graphics
Is self-sufficient at project managing and fulfilling creative requests in a timely manner
Has a keen eye for detail
Thinks outside the box
Can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Likes doing good work and having fun :-)

Experience with web design is preferred, but not required.
