The client is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead projects, write high-quality code, mentor other developers, and contribute to the overall design and architecture of the tech stack.

This role requires a passion for building world-class products and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will value clean, organized, and elegant code and enjoy collaborating with fellow engineers to solve complex problems using modern technologies.

• 5+ years (ideally 7+ years) of relevant work experience in software engineering.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactively ask questions and avoid getting "stuck."
• Communicate effectively when issues arise.
• A team player who works well across different teams.
• Contribute to documentation and development guides.

• Self-starter, able to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Manage time effectively to ensure timely project completion.

• Write clean, organized, and maintainable code.
• Experience building and shipping production-level products.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Provide and accept feedback on pull requests.
• Strong attention to detail when implementing designs.
• Thoroughly test code and features for quality and reliability.
• Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments or healthcare tech is a plus.
