We're looking for a strategic, data'savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help drive key financial insights across the property. In this high?impact role, you?ll partner with leaders, analyze performance trends, deliver meaningful reporting, and influence major business decisions. Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role plays a key part in driving financial planning and performance analysis through close collaboration with teams across the property.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability by compiling organizational performance data, generating reports with meaningful metrics, and presenting actionable recommendations to management to maximize profitability
• Review departmental P&Ls and provide insights to operators and senior leadership to support revenue growth, cost control, and strategic initiatives
• Engage proactively with operational teams to ask insightful questions, uncover drivers of performance, and deepen understanding of business operations
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports on property revenues and expenses
• Coordinate strategic planning across departments to ensure financial alignment
• Drive and deliver key financial projects, ensuring timely execution and strategic impact

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent years of experience in Finance
• 2+ years of experience in financial or business analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of casino and/or hospitality analytics
• Experience with Planful or similar financial reporting software

Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in identifying trends and developing actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational focus and timely execution
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Desirable:

• Project management experience
• Advanced technical/computer skills
