CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD Raytheon is looking for a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Cost Analyst to support the Threats and Targets for Testing and Training Systems (4TS) in Huntsville, Alabama upon contract award.Job Description: Participates in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, instructing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Evaluate fund availability to achieve program requirements. Implement funding requests, track expiration dates to make sure expiring funds are fully expended by year-end. Monitor and track obligations, commitments, expenses, and disbursements of funds. Perform program analysis of actual expenditures compared to planned utilization of annual budget. Provide weekly customer funds status reports. Bill FMS cases.Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsiveness & ability to multi-task effectively Self-starter with thorough problem-solving and problem-solving skills Excellent PC skills - MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player who has the ability to work cross functionally and with all levels of the organization Ability and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work self-guided with minimal supervision Excellent command of Earned Value Management fundamentals, concepts, techniques and processesDesired Skills: Experience with Microsoft Project, SAP, or other scheduling/cost EVM instruments Business related experience working with government or DoD contracts/programs Six Sigma Certification PMP CertificationEducation & Experience: BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience.Requires a current TS/SCI Clearance
