Senior Engineering Manager

Salary range: Rs 4500000 - Rs 7500000 (ie INR 45-75 LPA)

Min Experience: 12 years

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects end-to-end.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with core programming languages and frameworks, including C++ , Java , and JavaScript .
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Solid experience with networking protocols, secure file transfer, network security, and encryption techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud , and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes .
• Strong background in implementing DevOps practices and setting up CI/CD pipelines .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
