One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Engineer, Solutions Engineering in the United States.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to deliver enterprise-level solutions in the areas of Access Governance and Cloud Security. You will be responsible for technical presentations, creating tailored solutions, and assisting customers with technical inquiries. This role involves collaborating across departments, leading technical discovery sessions, providing proof of concepts (POCs), and contributing to product marketing by sharing valuable insights. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, guide them through technical presentations, and help shape solutions strategy to drive business success.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrating the value of enterprise solutions to both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with sales teams and the global bid team to respond to customer inquiries and assist with the creation of RFx responses.
• Provide needs assessments, technical consultation, and support to customers, working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers, guiding them in areas such as solution demonstration, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
• Provide regular feedback to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams on customer interactions, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Travel up to 60% domestically to support customer engagements and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering with proven success in Cloud Security, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, or Application GRC solutions.
• Strong understanding of security concepts, including Identity Governance and Administration, and Cloud Security.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., ISACA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
• Experience with technical documentation and creating business and technical content for a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
