Role Description

Supports with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various ERP business systems and databases

Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Digital solutions.

Provides support with configurating, developing, testing and deploying new and existing systems for optimal use.

Supports trainings on systems for relevant end users.

Provides support for sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP S4 EWM/WMS modules to meet specific business requirements and optimize warehouse processes.

Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of EWM/WMS with other SAP modules and external systems to support end-to-end supply chain operations.

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse movements, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and adhering to best practices.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions in warehouse operations.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience

Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work

University Degree or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
