As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will lead high-impact custom software development and business intelligence projects from planning through delivery. Acting as the bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams, you will manage scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client goals. Your strategic oversight and collaborative approach will help ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term success. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a confident, organized, and tech-savvy professional ready to take ownership of key client relationships and drive value through successful project execution.

Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of software development and BI/reporting projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, relationship management, and project updates
• Write clear and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), outlining deliverables, expectations, and financials
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to align custom development with broader strategic goals
• Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to process optimization and feedback sharing within the Professional Services team
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and identify opportunities for financial efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development in technical environments
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), agile practices, and technical documentation
• Ability to write and manage SOWs, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in an eligible state
