One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing in the USA, East Coast .

As a Senior Director of Product Marketing, you'll lead the strategic positioning and promotion of a diverse portfolio of products and solutions across key market segments. You'll craft compelling messaging that aligns with customer needs, drive go-to-market strategies, and enable global sales teams with the tools to convert prospects into clients. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a focus on AI-first, data-driven marketing. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to shape the marketing approach and drive business impact through insight-driven campaigns.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead the execution of product marketing strategies that align with go-to-market and growth goals
• Define product positioning and messaging based on TAM, ICPs, and buyer personas
• Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Build enablement materials including battlecards, sales playbooks, and training resources
• Support pipeline generation through data-informed storytelling and use-case content
• Measure marketing effectiveness using KPIs and field feedback to optimize campaigns
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team to ensure operational excellence
• Partner with Segment Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure unified messaging and strategy

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success aligning marketing strategies with Product, Sales, and Customer teams
• Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, buyer journeys, and market intelligence
• Strong persuasive writing skills with a creative and analytical marketing mindset
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, data tools, and ABM platforms
• Practical knowledge of AI tools used to streamline marketing workflows
• Experience in the scholarly research, scientific publishing, or academic ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
