One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in India .

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high-performance Kubernetes platform that drives the infrastructure of the company's AI SaaS platform. You will be responsible for implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, improving the Kubernetes onboarding experience, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and secure continuous delivery. Additionally, you will handle platform feature development, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay up to date with emerging technologies in the Kubernetes community. This is a high-impact role, and you will contribute to both technical innovation and the strategic direction of the infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a fully-featured Kubernetes platform that aligns with industry standards to improve developer experience and self-service capabilities
• Collaborate with internal application teams to enhance Kubernetes onboarding, providing guidance on architecture and best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to design new platform features that meet internal and business goals
• Monitor and ensure the performance and reliability of Kubernetes platform clusters, troubleshooting any arising issues
• Keep track of trends and emerging technologies in the Kubernetes community to ensure the infrastructure remains cutting-edge
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for platform features and infrastructure initiatives
• Participate in on-call escalated support and ensure the reliability of services managed by the team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in building high-quality infrastructure solutions in a collaborative environment
• 3+ years of experience working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes and experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, resource management, scheduling, auto-scaling, and cluster networking
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Proficiency in programming and automation scripting with Python or Golang
• Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with platforms like Harness.io, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or JenkinsX
• Solid understanding of operating systems, distributed systems, networking, and concurrent programming
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions with different trade-offs
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and in a multicultural team
