Job Title: Senior Data Scientist.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and software development, with experience in building data pipelines and handling large-scale data processing in the cloud (preferably AWS). The role requires someone who can bring innovative solutions and critical thinking to support our business objectives, while working in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• FullStack Development in Python is highly preferred.
• Createmodern data pipelines and perform data processing using AWSPAAS components (Glue, Sagemaker Studio, etc.) or open-source tools likeSpark, HBase, and Hive.
• Solidunderstanding of Machine Learning/AI algorithms and statisticalalgorithms .
• Criticalthinking and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Datamodeling and designing of modern data structures, including SQL/NoSQL databases, DataLakes, and Cloud Data Warehouses (SnowFlake is preferred).
• Experiencein various data stores such as DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch,MySQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS.
• Deploysoftware using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
• Proficientwith API tools such as REST, Swagger, and Postman.
• Work inan Agile framework , collaborating closely with cross-functionalteams.

Bonus Experience:

• Previouswork in a Fintech/Finance product-based industry .
• Knowledgeand experience with Churn Models .

Skills Required:

• Proficientin Python development and Full Stack experience.
• Hands-onexperience with AWS PAAS and open-source data tools.
• Strongunderstanding of ML/AI algorithms and data modeling techniques.
• Experiencewith CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellentanalytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
