For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sr Data Scientist, remotely from the United States.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for organizing and merging data from multiple sources, performing data quality assurance, and optimizing data pipelines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical associates, biostatisticians, and engineers, to ensure efficient and accurate data processing. Your expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting will be key in interpreting clinical and real-world data. This role will also require you to automate workflows, improve system efficiency, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Accountabilities:

• Organize and merge data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing and analysis, implementing solutions like automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to streamline data collection and entry processes.
• Perform statistical analysis, data visualization, and generate reports for clinical studies and other projects.
• Prepare summary statistics, tables, figures, and listings for presentations and publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 8-12 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming with R or Python; experience with SAS is a plus.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Storage, Compute Engine) is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, clinical, or biotechnology industries is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
